Our team is experienced in all facets of the development, construction, and ownership process: identifying target markets, market research, site acquisition, procuring debt and equity financing, managing consultants, obtaining municipal approvals, construction management, property management, and asset disposition.

Paul Forbes, Principal

    Paul Forbes

  • Responsible for strategic planning, operations, financial activities and investment decisions at Allen Harrison Company.
  • Real estate background includes the acquisition, development, asset management, and disposition of mixed-use and multifamily properties across the United States valued at over $3BN.
  • Twelve years with The Hanover Company, a national multifamily and mixed-use development company based in Houston, Texas.
  • As Executive Vice President of Acquisitions and Development for the Western United States at Hanover, Mr. Forbes directed the development, financing, construction, lease-up, management, and disposition of 19 projects, totaling more than 1,700 units and $1.1BN in project costs, in Denver, Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego.
  • As Vice President of Asset Management at Hanover, Mr. Forbes was responsible for asset management and disposition of over 16,000 units totaling approximately $2.0BN.
  • Graduated magna cum laude from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering.

Will harper, Principal

    Will Harper

  • Responsible for acquisitions, development, and service business at Allen Harrison Company.
  • Real estate background includes the acquisition, development, and asset management of luxury mixed-use and multifamily properties valued at approximately $1.5BN.
  • Five years with The Hanover Company, a luxury, multifamily and mixed-use development company based in Houston, Texas.
  • As a Development and Acquisition Partner at Hanover, Mr. Harper was involved with the development and acquisition of low-rise, mid-rise and high-rise properties, all of which contained a retail component.
  • As Head of West Coast Asset Management for Hanover, Mr. Harper was responsible for the performance and strategic direction of a 1,700 unit portfolio of multifamily assets located in major markets along the West Coast.
  • Four years experience with Goldman, Sachs & Company in New York and Dallas.
  • Earned a Masters in Business Administration from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and AB in Government from Dartmouth College.

Jeff Roberts, President – AHC Construction, LLC

    Jeff Roberts

  • As President of AHC Construction, LLC, Mr. Roberts is responsible for the management and supervision of all construction related activities.
  • Extensive background consists of over 30 years of nationwide experience in the commercial construction industry, including multifamily, institutional, hospitality, retail and office developments.
  • Experience includes 8 years with Gierhart/Vaughn, as well as 18 years with Tribble and Stephens, both national general contractors, as well as recently completing five years with The Hanover company, a national multifamily and mixed-use development company based in Houston, TX.
  • As Executive Vice President of Pre-Construction Services with The Hanover Company, Mr. Roberts directed and managed the Pre-Development process of all projects in the United States; totaling more than 15,000 units and over $3 billion in project costs.
  • Graduated from Texas A&M University in 1979 with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science.

Caitlin Weidig, Vice President of Acquisitions

  • As Vice President of Acquisitions for Allen Harrison Company, Ms. Weidig is responsible for sourcing acquisition opportunities and asset management of the company portfolio.
  • Real estate background includes the asset management of multifamily properties; the creation of models for budgeting, development, valuations, and recapitalization analysis; the development of reporting processes for property management teams; and the training of users in the U.S. and Poland in real estate modeling standards.
  • Experience includes three years with The Hanover Company, a luxury multifamily and mixed-use development company based in Houston, Texas, and two years with Banc of America Securities in the Natural Resources Investment Banking group.
  • As Director of Financial Analysis at Hanover, Ms. Weidig established a new role as analytical expert for all aspects of Hanover business, interacting regularly with senior management, asset management, property management, capital markets, and accounting.
  • During her tenure at Banc of America Securities, Ms. Weidig performed analysis including financial modeling, compiling presentations, industry and company research, and composing credit and equity approval memoranda.
  • Earned her BA in Economics and Managerial Studies from Rice University.
